Certainly, 100% cotton T-shirts are soft to the touch and absorb sweat, so they are indispensable items for sports, and I think that bath towels and sports towels are still mostly 100% cotton. However, did you know that the number of sportswear made of cotton, which has excellent water absorption, is gradually decreasing? Of course, there is a reason. This is because cotton clothing absorbs sweat well, but the sweat that you absorb is difficult to dry.
Certainly, the number one requirement for sportswear is to “sweat well”. However, sweat-absorbed clothing is heavy and dries slowly, so the sweat you absorb gradually cools down, causing your body to cool down. Even if you sweat a lot while playing sports, you don’t want it to get colder and feel very uncomfortable during training or playing. What kind of shoes should I wear at the gym?
Even if I join a sports gym and want to use what I have for the time being, I have to prepare new shoes. Most gyms are indoor facilities, so you can’t just use the running shoes you used to wear outside. You need to prepare a pair of shoes for indoor use. So what kind of shoes should I choose?
Basically, if you can prepare a pair for indoor use, you can only use these shoes. Especially if you really only do muscle training at the gym, you can wear slippers like those you wore at school. However, if you sometimes run on a treadmill before or after muscle training, it’s best to have a minimum of running shoes. Even if it is an indoor treadmill, walking and running will put a heavy burden on your knees and hips.
Recommended pool for the easiest whole body training
Many people may go to a sports club that has three major facilities such as a training gym, studio, and swimming pool. However, I am surprised that the pool utilization rate is surprisingly low among these three facilities. Certainly, there are many women who are reluctant to suddenly become swimsuits, and I often see people who have been saying the lines for years, “I will use the pool if I get a little thinner.” Also, there are many people who say, “I can’t swim, so I don’t use the pool.”
However, it is really a waste not to use the facilities that can be used for the same amount of money.
The pool is more than just a place to swim. Since water has buoyancy, the burden on joints such as knees and hips is reduced just by entering the pool, so even those who feel uncomfortable walking on land can walk comfortably. Don’t you feel embarrassed just walking in the pool? But did you know that walking in the pool is a lot of exercise? Unlike land, just walking in front of you will put water resistance on your body. If you walk fast, your resistance will increase further, so it will be a good strength training, and even running in the 25m pool should be short of breath, so this is also a good aerobic exercise. Even if you can’t swim for a long time, if you swim 25m one way and run 25m one way and come back repeatedly, you can do the same exercise as swimming for a long time.
